      Bonifico, or International transfer. Unfortunately we cannot accept payment of the balance by international cheque, Western Union or Paypal.

      All transfer and conversion fees are payable by the artist and we regret that there can be no participation without payment.

      We strongly recommend ‘Wise’, (we use them ourselves) Their exchange rates are very good  and there are no hidden charges. Also you can pay by credit or debit card.

      Non painting Partner

      Whilst non-painting partners are very welcome to join us on excursions,  a place on the minibus cannot be guaranteed, therefore car hire is strongly recommended for partners requiring independence.

      Food and Accommodation only

      As the fame of Andrea’s cooking spreads far and wide, we have received several enquiries about holidays without the painting (I have decided not to take it personally, some people simply don’t know that they need to draw yet).

      The price is as per a non painting partner

      Cancellation

      If you have to cancel after paying the deposit then the deposit is forfeit.  You can, however, offer your place to someone else. The balance is forfeit 60 days before the start of the course.  (If you pay before the 60 day balance date then your money will be returned, minus deposit).  We keep a waiting list which is closed 2 weeks before the start date.

      If we have to cancel due to unforseen circumstances we would refund all money received.

      Cyber Security

      We are aware that there have been many stories about hacked websites in the news recently, and that sending money into the ether is always a risk.  You can confirm our identity by texting (or ringing )

      0039 3289680796,  (also WhatsApp) or 0044 0784 0238051 to be sure it is really us you are ‘speaking’ to. Also check that any email returned comes from our account which is caroline@paintingholidaysitaly.com (hover over email address of reply to see identity of sender).
